CurriculumChecklists

Each province's government puts together a specific plan of what learning outcomes they expect for each subject for each grade. This guideline is how teachers can put together their lessons for the year and can provide a unified learning experience for each grade. Most homeschoolers are typically not required to follow these learning outcomes (please check the regulations for your province however as some are!) - but many decide to use them as a template to follow through the year, want to evaluate where their child's skills are at, or want to consider what gaps they may have.

The challenge with the government documents for curriculum expectations is that they are separated by subject, not by grade, which can be challenging to navigate. So, I've put together these checklists to compile all the subjects by grade in an easy to check off format. I hope that you find them helpful.

Please note that we try our best to keep up to date with changes for each province, but we might miss when provinces update something - so if your province has made changes that aren't reflected in these files, please let us know so we can make the necessary changes as quickly as possible. Thank you for your help with this.

These are downloadable PDF files that you can print out and check off as desired. You will need an Adobe Reader to open them.
